Learn the baduanjin
The baduanjin (eight silken movements) is a powerful ancient set of eight practices. They embody the heart of qigong practice which is the equal cultivation of body, breath and mind. Regular practice will increase strength and and promote physical, emotional and mental health and wellbeing.
This is a comprehensive course on the baduanjin. It includes two introductory videos - a joint mobilisation routine and a three-part practice to deepen the breathing and help us enter the 'qigong state'. Each of the eight movements then has a dedicated video with introductory neigong (internal skill) practices appropriate to the move. Other videos include the whole form, standing practice, lower abdominal breathing and much more.
