One day workshop in qigong for the five principal organs of Chinese medicine (five zang).
Using the qigong principles of body, breath, and mind, this one-day session will explore practices to strengthen and harmonize the Kidneys, Lungs, Stomach/Spleen, Liver, and Heart. While familiarity with acupuncture channels and organ functions is helpful, it is not required - everything will be clearly explained and demonstrated.
This workshop is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, though a reasonable level of fitness is required.

This workshop is suitable for beginners and experienced qigong practitioners alike, though a reasonable level of fitness is required. All attendees will get free access to a comprehensive and detailed online video course to continue their practice after the workshop.
